Description
Consultancy services for OOSGG Heritage Requirements consistent with the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and Regulations.
The OOSGG is seeking to have the following 4 deliverable achieved as part of the contact:
- 2 x compliant HMP updated ( 1 x Admiralty House and 1 x Government House), inclusive of landscape requirements, consistent with the EPBC Act and Regulations,
- A 1 x heritage values identification and assessment process for Admiralty House for incorporation in the compliant HMP for that property,
- The creation of 1 x compliant Heritage Register consistent with EPBC Act Regulation 10.03G(2) inclusive of current and new values with associated draft report for the Minister.
