Records, IT Media, Storage, Sentencing, Disposal and Digitisation Services

CASA seeks to enter into a Deed of Standing Offer (Panel Deed) with one or more organisations for outsourced records management services. All services are to be provided in accordance with the:
a) Archives Act 1983 (Cth);
b) Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 1982
c) Privacy Act 1988
d) Electronic Transactions Act 1999
e) Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997
f) Crimes Act 1914
g) Australian Standard AS ISO 15489;
h) Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF); and
i) apply the 'Standard for the Physical Storage of Commonwealth Records' as set out by the National Archives of Australia (NAA).

Services that may be supplied under this Deed include but are not limited to:
a) Supply of records storage consumables
b) Records and IT Media disposal
c) Secure Records and IT Media Storage
d) Pickup, Retrieval & Re-storage of Records
e) Pickup and Storage of IT Media
f) Records Transportation and Relocation
g) Records Sentencing including, where required, review of security classifications
h) Digitisation Services
i) Electronic media storage
j) Electronic Media Destruction
k) File Census
l) Online Service transaction management and reporting system
m) Data Entry
n) Regular and Ad Hoc reporting
o) Managed Services
p) Projects and Ad Hoc requirements
q) Transition in services
