Description
Department Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking a responsive, flexible and proactive support contract of the production system that will enable and enhance the delivery of the Hansard transcript and reporting services. DPS is seeking third level ICT application support in alignment with Hansard key performance indicators:
individual draft speeches – two hours after speech finishes;
electronic proof Hansard reports – within three hours after House rises; and
electronic official Hansard – 15 non sitting working days following the last sitting day in the week.
