Description
Geoscience Australia is seeking a fully integrated Financial Management Information System (FMIS) solution from software vendor organisations or their authorised Australian representatives. As Geoscience Australia is keen to engage in a long term (whole of life) arrangement with the software provider, Geoscience Australia is not seeking responses from Systems Integrators to implement a 3rd party solution.
Requirements include:
a) supply of a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) FMIS solution;
b) installation of the COTS FMIS solution;
c) implementation of the COTS FMIS solution;
d) training of Geoscience Australia staff in the operation and administration of the COTS FMIS solution; and
e) on-going support for the COTS FMIS solution.
Geoscience Australia will consider two hosting options for the FMIS solution being:
a) hosting on the Tenderer's infrastructure; or
b) hosting on Geoscience Australia's infrastructure.
Tenderers are encouraged to provide responses for both options including technical capability and pricing.
