This project involves the Design and Construction of –
• Interim live in accommodation (LIA) suitable for 172 persons to comply with the ‘Training 1’ Defence LIA standards and with the relevant Australian Standards.
• Interim training facilities suitable for configuration as four classrooms (each classroom capable of servicing 25 trainees and 1 instructor).
• Associated proximate amenities including separate male and female ablutions, common areas with a recreation room, kitchenettes, laundry facilities, and storage areas.
• Car parking facility for up to 172 spaces.
