Description
The Department of Housing and Works has now completed construction of Common Ground East Perth (CGEP), 119 Hill Street, East Perth. Common Ground East Perth (CGEP) is a permanent, supportive housing model for people who have experienced chronic homelessness, are sleeping rough or are earning a low income. East Perth Common Ground is a 15 storey building with 112 self-contained and a mix of 1 bedroom and studio apartments of which 56 of these apartments have been allocated for homeless people and require furniture. Therefore, the Customer has a requirement for the supply, delivery Free into Store (FIS), and installation of furniture.
