Evaluation of Programs for Sport and Recreation Services

Sport and Recreation Services (SRS), as part of the Department of National Parks, Sport and Racing (hereby referred to as the Customer), identifies the need for continuous improvement in policy, program and service delivery using evidence from ethical, robust and rigorous research and evaluation activity. In line with the Queensland Treasury Program Evaluation Guidelines, the Queensland Recreation Centres’ Coast Club and Themed Programs are required to be evaluated to examine appropriateness, efficiency and effectiveness. The Supplier is required to conduct an independent evaluation to assess both Coast Club and Themed Programs delivered by the Queensland Recreation Centres.
