Records Storage, Retrieval and Destruction Services (HSQ97042)

Queensland Health (QH), acting through Health Support Queensland (HSQ) Strategic Procurement (SP), is seeking offers from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of Records Storage, Retrieval and Destruction Services. This Invitation to Offer (ITO) has a closure date of 5 July 2019 - 2.00pm Brisbane time. Offers will only be accepted through the QTenders portal.

This new supply arrangement will act as a Whole of Government (WoG) Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) and will replace the current WoG supply arrangement 747-08 Records Storage, Retrieval and Destruction Services due for expiration on 25 October 2019.

SCOPE OF THE ARRANGEMENT

• Category 1: Records/Item and/or Container Storage and Retrieval Services consisting of semi-active and inactive Records/Item and/or Container Storage management; Data Management Services; Active Batch Management Services and Active Record Services; and
• Category 2: Secure compliant and certifiable Destruction Services.
