Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of four (4 No.) roof replacements and repairs at Coolnwynpin State School located at 6 Telaska Court in Capalaba QLD 4157. The scope of works comprises of minor roofing repairs works to Amenities Block 2 in addition to the replacement of the existing roof to Blocks A, I and Amenities 1 including removal of the existing box gutters and modification of roof structure to create new roof pitch. All works are to be compete by 2 October 2020. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
