Currumbin Community Farm Campus - Modular Relocation & Refurbishment (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the relocation and refurbishment of two (2 no.) modular buildings from Benowa State High School to Currumbin Community Farm Campus, located at 1226 Currumbin Creek Road, Currumbin Valley, QLD, 4223, as part of the Bring Forward (BFWD) program.

The scope comprises the relocation of a T2000 Modualr and Amenities Modular Building from Benowa State High School site to Currumbin Community Farm Campus site including refurbishment of both buildings.

T2000 scope; new walls to create admin space and new GLA including refresh of floors, ceiling, clazing, electrical, communications, hydraulic works etc.Amenities scope; new toilet fixtures, floors, electrical, all associated hydraulic works, metal screens etc

All works are to be completed by 30 June 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
