Gippsland Regional Organics Expansion Project Stage 2

This is a Lump Sum Contract, in the form of AS 4000-1997 General Conditions of Contract, for the provision of all labour and material, site preparation works necessary for the Construction of:

• New non-reportable and reportable priority hardstand area expansions, an area of approximately 200,000m2, excavation earthworks of approximately 95,000m3, clay fill material approximately 90,000m3 which is available within the existing site from the clay borrow pits and gravel fill material approximately 60,000m3.
• Stormwater drains and pipework laid up to a length of 2,500m, including upgrades to the 30ML basin pumping station and all ancillaries.
• New pumping station with all required M&E works to tie into the existing rising main.
• Water reticulation system, pipework laid up to a length of 3,200m including all ancillaries.
• Concrete batching area and wash-down areas of approximately 2,000m2.
• All required completion, commissioning, testing and reinstatement works.
