Scope includes hazardous material testing and reporting, engagement of ecologist, preparation and approval of an Explosive Ordnance Consultation, demolition of one building including removal and disposal of hazardous containing materials and construction waste, decommissioning, disconnecting and removal of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical services and provision of new electrical services at Orchard Hills. Building footprints to be leveled and hydroseeded.
