Description
SAPOL is seeking the following Support Services:
- System administration for Subversion, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA and Confluence;
- Administrative support of the Weblogic and JBoss SOA-P software deployed in a number of non-production, training and one production environments;
- Support WebLogic upgrades;
- Deployment of applications and services as required to JBoss, Weblogic or Tomcat platforms;
- Configuration, support and installation services;
- Patching and upgrades for Subversion, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA and Confluence;
- Work to SAPOL standards for log and monitoring analysis;
- Prepare and maintain support documentation and scripts, contribute to business continuity documentation.
Suppliers can tender for part or all of the services. SAPOL may select one or more suppliers to provide the services specified.
The initial term is 1 year, with the option to extend the arrangement for a further 1 year term.
