Description
The South Australian Housing Authority (the Principal) is seeking to appoint a Service Provider (the Provider) to deliver Maintenance Contact Centre Services (the Services) to support the Principal's maintenance of its social housing property portfolio.
The Principal’s property portfolio consists of approximately 35,000 social housing properties situated across South Australia and provides a 24/7 Maintenance Contact Centre enquiry service.
The proposed Maintenance Contact Centre Services Contract (the Contract) will commence on 28 September 2022 for a maximum contract term of six (6) years, comprising a two (2) year base term and two (2) optional extensions of two (2) years each (at the descresion of the Principal).
