Description
The Geraldton Port Authority (GPA) is seeking responses from the market for services related to providing an externally hosted solution that can:
- Meet all of the GPA’s future ERP and EDRMS system hosting requirements;
- Provide a migration path for systems hosted on legacy infrastructure and meet their system requirements;
- Meet the GPA’s Disaster Recovery tolerances of 48 hour recovery point objective (RPO) and 24 hour recovery time objective (RTO);
- Provide a flexible approach and costing model based on scaling up and down as the GPA requires; and
- Provide infrastructure and hosting of all of the computing, networking and storage requirements as set out in Section 4 of this Request.
Respondents are encouraged to provide innovative alternative solutions which meet these requirements. The services that are to be offered may constitute cloud based scenarios such as Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) coupled with a service delivery capability.
