Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Fire and Emergency Services is seeking tenders from suitable experienced Companies to undertake the routine maintenance of Appliance Room Doors and Traffic Gates at DFES Metropolitan Sites, in accordance with the tender documents provided.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 2.00pm on Tuesday July 16 2013 at Belmont Fire Station at 92-94 Belmont Ave. Belmont.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Tuesday 30 July 2013.
