The requirements of specific Service categories are summarised in the following:
• Conduct general garden and grounds cleanup, rubbish removal including dead animals.
• Carry out minor maintenance, labouring & repair services eg: Repairs to fencing, dismantling office partitioning.
• Supply and install new items, fixtures or fittings including removal and disposal of obsolete items where applicable.
• Provide a pickup and delivery service e.g. Relocation of furniture.
• Low level tree and shrub pruning.
• Mulching of prunings and spreading of mulch to garden beds.
• Other related duties as directed.
