PAHSMA is seeking to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced developer/entrepreneur to assume management of the Port Arthur Garden Point Caravan Park under a lease agreement, effective from 1 September 2010. The lease provisions include: Continuation of the existing caravan park operation. Further development of the existing caravan park. An option to develop an additional portion of adjoining land. High standards of business development and management, product development and service provision are required, consistent with PAHSMA's statutory frameworks and a commitment to the heritage values and conservation obligations of the organisation.
