Rosny Collection Storage and Research Centre Air Conditioning Upgrade - Mechnical and Controls

The required works generally comprise the following: installation of new DDC controls and commissioning of a building management system (BMS) and its associated electrical services, field sensors and control devices. Set up a new user interface for the BMS and provide training to users. installation and commissioning of air conditioning units and their associated electrical, ducting and piping. Upgrade the mechanical switchboard and replacement of humidifiers. Modification of zone ducting to provide better airflow and installation of new ducted heater banks in some zones. Installation of smart meters. All installation needs to meet relevant Australian Standards. The scope includes the provision of incidental services and components to ensure complete and operational systems.
