Suitably qualified consultants to prepare an Outline Development Plan for approximately 40ha of Crown Land in Strahan, which will enable the Government to make strategic decisions concerning potential subdivision and sale of the land for residential purposes. The Scope of services is to be phased to include a strategic assessment, an analysis of constraints, an analysis of various development options, the preparation of an outline development plan and accompanying design guidelines, and documentation to support a planning scheme amendment to rezone the land to enable residential development.
