The proposed works consist of the following:
- Supply, install, test and commission the new packaged air conditioning unit for the ARE building including ductwork and accessories, and electrical power and controls as per the specifications and to the extent indicated on the drawings
- Decommission, disconnect and remove the existing packaged air conditioning unit for the ARE building including ductwork and accessories, and electrical power and controls to the extent indicated on the drawings
