Description

As part of an on-going program of business process transformation, ACMA is seeking to procure a number of major software applications. ACMA is also seeking to procure services to facilitate the integration of the selected software and ACMA’s existing IT systems.

ACMA’s requirement is in two parts:

Part 1 is for supply of:

  • A Client Relationship Management (CRM) software application;
  • Services to install and configure the CRM;
  • Services to project manage and undertake the business/system analyses, design, development and data migration activities associated with implementation of the CRM, plus integration with ACMA’s existing IT systems.

Part 2 is for supply of:

  • An e-business portal (Portal) software application;
  • A Business Process Management (BPM) software application;
  • A Federated identity management (IDM) software application;
  • Services to install and configure the Portal, BPM and IDM applications;
  • Services to project manage and undertake the business/system analyses, design, development and data migration activities associated with implementation of the BPM, IDM and Portal, plus integration with ACMA’s existing IT systems.

ACMA is seeking tenders for either (or both) parts of this requirement.
