1. Details of the existing structures to be removed (photographs, slab details, GPS coordinates, dimensions, distance from runways etc) – in order to price the removal & remediation

2. Details of the new works locations (eg same as old or new location, GPS coordinates etc) – in order to price relocation of electrical pits etc

3. Details & locations of East sale & Broadmeadows (GPS co-ordinates, photographs, distance from runways etc)

4. Confirm that Broadmeadows is to be priced but will be a separable portion or not to be priced?

5. Confirm time for crossover eg how long allowed between decommissioning existing and commissioning new

6. Confirm what permits/approvals are likely to be required from each airport and what information has already been provided to each airport regarding the works.

7. Detail what is involved with the comm’s box (shown on the plan but not detailed in the building description)

8. Do you have details on the restrictions placed on the works by the airports (allowed hours of work, etc)
