Learning Management System (LMS) and LCMS

The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) is a Commonwealth Authority and it's primary function is to conduct the safety regulation of civil air operations in Australia and the operation of Australian aircraft overseas.

CASA is seeking a suitably qualified and capable provider of a Commercial-off-the-shelf-Software (COTS) solution for both in-house Learning Management System (LMS) and integrated or associated Learning Content Management System (LCMS).
The LMS/LCMS will be used to manage the provision of professional development courses and electronic delivery of course content and course related materials for approx 700 CASA staff and will be used to provide event and course management for the approx. 75,000 participants in the Australian aviation industry.

CASA's Corporate Headquarters are located in Canberra, ACT with the Operations Headquarters in Brisbane, QLD with regional offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Cairns, Townsville and Tamworth. The LMS will be required to provide employee self service functionality to CASA staff in all these locations and in the future to provide delivery of educational programmes, content and events to aviation industry participants throughout Australia.
