Description
The Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation (JTSI) currently uses the Smartsheet platform for day-to-day program and project management activities with three separate Smartsheet Enterprise Plans currently in place within the business. These Plans are managed individually by multiple business areas and are not centrally managed or governed. The three current Enterprise Plan contracts currently have 70, 12 and 10 licenses each.
JTSI requires a supplier to:
Consolidate JTSI Smartsheet content/data from the three existing Enterprise Plans onto one Enterprise Plan without impacting current licensed and unlicensed free users.
Provide up to approximately 200 licenses on a single Enterprise Plan including access to Pro Support and Smartsheet University.
