Provision of design services to support refurbishment of Racing and Wagering WA's office accommodation including:
- Architectural design services, with the Architect acting as lead design consultant.
- Engineering design services
- Superintendent/Superintendent Representative services
- Design development, including client workshops and meetings
- Relevant authority approvals
- Preparation of tender and contract related documentation, utilising RWWA templates
- Compliance and progress site visits during construction
- Attendance at site meetings
- Management of practical completion; and
- Management of final completion.
