The work consists of the construction of a new visitor/administration centre with a workshop facility and includes civil and landscaping works, services infrastructure and associated construction works and demolition of existing structures. Approximately area of works 1500m2. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 2 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest, nor any tender will necessarily be accepted and tenderers shall note a value selection process applies on this tender.
