Description
This EOI has been developed in order to ascertain the interest in, and canvass the range of possibilities relating to delivering a Hepatitis C Community Education and Resource Project.
Output Deliverables will include but may not be limited to the following:
1. Developing a Hepatitis C Community Education and Resource Project that will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of a range of information and education programs, achieved through seminars, workshops and community events. The focus of the project is hepatitis C prevention education, targeting (but not limited to) youth through schools and agencies or services that interact with youth.
2. Developing and dissemination of resources for National Hepatitis Awareness Week and the planning and co-ordination of localised Hepatitis Awareness Week activities.
3. Producing resources as required, including a quarterly magazine. The Project will manage a hepatitis C website.
• The period of service provision will be between 1st October 2009 and 30th June 2012.
