Description
Western Australian Electoral Commission, on behalf of the Office of the Electoral Distribution Commissioners (OEDC), is seeking a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of strategic communications and related services comprising of:
MODULE 1: Campaign Advertising: Creative and Production Services
MODULE 2: Media/Channel Planning Services
MODULE 3: Online, Interactive, Production and Related Services.
The services will be tendered as individual contract modules as outlined above.
Respondents may bid on each, any or all modules and may also propose volume discount structures for successful bids on multiple modules.
The focus of advertising is not to merely meet the legislative requirements. Rather, communications will be targeted to encourage community engagement and participation.
