Group Buying Arrangement for Copy Paper and Stationery in the Great Southern Region

Description
This will be a non-mandatory group buying arrangement (GBA) that may be used by any government agency in the Great Southern region.
The GBA requirements are divided into two parts:
Part 1: Copy Paper.
Respondents are invited to offer a schedule of fixed prices for the various forms of copy paper that are commonly purchased by Customers.
Part 2: Stationery.
Respondents are invited to offer a Discount Rate to the retail price for the stationery Products in the following categories
(i) General Stationery
(ii) Toner and Printer Cartridges.
Respondents may bid for Part 1, and /or Part 2. If the Respondent bids for Part 2 then they may bid for either or both categories.
A panel arrangement will be put in place for Part 1: Copy Paper and for each stationery category.
