Description
The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) requires the Services of a panel of two (2) suitably skilled, qualified and experienced organisations to provide its employees and their immediate families, as well as volunteers, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Service including, but not limited to:
- Counselling Services – provision of a confidential and professional counselling service to employees, their immediate families, and volunteers. The Department provides this at no cost to recipients of such services.
- Critical Incident Response Services – provision of a Critical Incident Response Service(s) in the event of a workplace crisis. Employees and management will require immediate on-site assistance from a qualified psychologist to manage any trauma experienced by personnel.
- Management Support Services – provision of support to management relating to:
- dealing with workplace crises;
- identifying and forwarding at-risk persons; and
- other related advice
Respondents are advised that the Services will be required on an ad hoc basis and there is no guarantee of any work during the Contract Term.
DPIRD anticipates that each Contractor will be able to provide all the categories of Services listed above.
