Provision of Services of a Commercial Negotiations Advisor - YRE TCL

1. Background

The Public Transport Authority’s (PTAs) Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID) Branch is responsible for the delivery phase of the METRONET transport related elements. There are various projects currently in the Delivery phase. This Tender is for the provision of a Commercial Negotiations Advisor for the Yanchep Rail Extension (YRE) and Thornlie Cockburn Link (TCL) Project during the Delivery phase of the TCL and YRE Projects.

1. Scope of Services

The OMTID Delivery Team requires the services of an experienced Commercial Negotiations Advisor to support the works of the Project Alliance Agreement works for the YRE and TCL project. The Commercial Negotiations Advisor will support the ongoing management of the TCL and YRE Target Outturn Costs (TOC) as well as contract delivery during the Project Alliance Agreement Phase. The Commercial Negotiations Advisor is required to have an understanding of the commercial requirements of complex infrastructure projects and procurement strategies and methodology to support the Project Delivery Manager with commercial advice, establishment and management throughout the project.
