Civil Works Package Traction Power Feeder Station (TPFS) - Bellevue Depot

Description
This Tender is for the construction of the civil works for the Traction Power Substation (A contract for the construction of a Traction Power Substation on the Bellevue Depot Site was awarded in September 2021.).
The works includes the construction of the retaining wall, earthworks platform and associated drainage and protection of existing services.
Clearing and demolition of above ground infrastructure on the Site will be undertaken by a Contractor appointed by the PTA prior to the handover of the Site to the successful Contractor.
The works are to be delivered in two Separable Portions (SPs):

Please note that due to logistics around site access for SP2 the PTA may choose to remove SP2 from the scope of this Tender. It is anticipated that this decision will be made by the PTA (at its sole and absolute discretion) around the time the Preferred Respondent will be appointed in late January 22/early February 22 (i.e., prior to contract award).
