MWG 215F Durlacher St Geraldton - Structural Repairs

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Structural Works at 215F Durlacher Street, Geraldton WA 6530. The Work includes but is not limited to the repairs to property as per scope, and the following: Demolition, brickwork, glazing, gyprock and plastering, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. The Premises will remain fully tenanted whilst the Works are undertaken and the Contractor must ensure minimal inconvenience and disturbance is caused for the duration of the Contract. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote.
