ASIC IT is currently undertaking a strategic transformation of the delivery of services to its Business where end user experience monitoring is one of the key indicators of service delivery performance. This procurement will be designed to implement a managed service which provides a monitoring tool that will track performance measures, and provide an assessment of the end user-experience. Currently ASIC has some technical monitoring in place.
