Description

The Ministerial and Parliamentary Services (M&PS) division of Asset Management and Parliamentary Services Group, Department of Finance and Deregulation (Finance), oversees the provision of a number of Senators and Members' entitlements. Senators and Members' entitlements are primarily determined by Acts of Parliament and determinations of the Remuneration Tribunal. Under the governance of the Parliamentary Entitlements Act 1990, M&PS is responsible for the delivery of security measures such as duress and intruder alarms and programming of access systems to Senators and Members' electorate offices.

M&PS is seeking offers from organisations with the capacity and capability to provide security monitoring, call out and alarm maintenance services to the Electorate Offices of the Federal Members of Parliament in the Australian Capital Territory and the Electorate Office for the Federal Member for Eden-Monaro.
