Description

The Department of Finance and Deregulation (represented by Comcover) invites suitably experienced organisations to submit Tenders for appointment as the Consultant to conduct an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey and related services for Comcover.

Comcover and its service providers provide a range of insurance and risk management programs and related products and services to Australian Government agencies (Fund Members). The purpose of the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) is to quantitatively and qualitatively test Fund Members’ attitudes and perceptions of the services provided by Comcover and its service providers and to identify key strategies for improving the delivery of these services.

Key services required under the contract include, but are not limited to:
(a) project management;
(b) stakeholder consultation;
(c) survey design and development;
(d) implementing the Customer Satisfaction Survey; and
(e) analysis and reporting of results.
