Description
The PTA is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant to act as technical advisor to assist in preparation of market offers, evaluation of responses, registration necessary to gain network access, and management and maintenance regimes over four distinct programs of work:
- Track Maintenance Machines;
- OLE Maintenance Machines;
- RRV Replacement Rollingstock;
- TTO Support for N&I Rollingstock; and
