Description
The City of Holdfast Bay invites Expressions of Interest to supply and install car parking infrastructure and/or manage and operate car parking facilities at Partridge Street Glenelg as part of a cinema complex and public carpark currently under construction.
It has not yet been determined whether Council will continue to manage and operate the proposed facilities on its own (ie. using its own personnel and resources) or whether it will look to outsource management and operation of the facility to a private operator through a potential partnership arrangement.
