Description
This Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) between the Department of Treasury and Finance (the Principal) and the successful Tenderer, sets out the contractual framework pursuant to which Eligible Tasmanian Government Customers may purchase PEPPOL Access Point Services from the successful Tenderer.
Customers will enter separate contracts with the successful Tenderer in accordance with this SOA Framework. The primary products and services available through this SOA include PEPPOL Access Point as-a-service, and services for establishing direct integrations with Customer financial management systems to enable eInvoicing functions.
