Description
The work relates to the routine, periodic inpection and cleaning of the storm water drainage system including roof gutters, valley gutters, box gutters, down pipes, spoon drains and sumps and stormwater drains at specified sites in the BMW Albany Region.
The requirement consists of two parts and covers the inspections and cleaning of:
PART A Roof Drainage Systems
PART B Sumps and Stormwater Drains.
The BMW Albany Region has been divided into five (5) Zones
The initial Contract period will be to 30 June 2016. There are two (2) one-year contract extension options available at the complete discretion of the Principal.
Tenderers may tender for either PART A or PART B or BOTH in any or all for the five Zones.
