Simulation Hospital Upgrade at West Coast Insitiute - McLarty Campus
Background
Programmed Facility Management on behalf of the Department of Training and Workforce Development are seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified building organisations to upgrade the existing simulation hospital (SIM) to Q Block at West Coast Institute - McLarty Avenue.
PREREQUISITE
It is prerequisite for the experienced qualified building organisation to have;
- Carried out refurbishment works of a complex nature in the last five (5) years
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating various nominated subcontractors
- Worked alongside subcontractors undertaking various different contracts occurring simultaneously
