Description
The ABS requires the provision of licencing, maintenance and support for an eLearning authoring tool for the period December 2013 - December 2015. If the eLearning authoring tool is Lectora Inspire, only maintenance and support is required.
The required software is to be used to create eLearning modules for a variety of purposes and audiences, in a way that is accessible to users and useable on a range of devices, including desktop and mobile devices. The ABS requires a product that is user friendly and is well supported.
