Provision of Visa and Courier Services

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking a Visa Service Provider (VSP) to:

1.Assist the DFAT Visa Desk arrange visas for DFAT officials travelling overseas,

2.Provide full visa information services,

3.Produce Third Person Notes (TPN’s) for other government agencies, and the means for DFAT Visa Desk to authorise these TPN’s;

4.Provide the courier facilities to collect, deliver and liaise with Diplomatic Missions in Canberra, interstate and overseas.

5.Provide a means to facilitate the payment of these services via a credit card

6.Provide reporting options, including the ability to export reports for all types of users; and

7.Provide ad hoc Visa Service related activity as required.
