Description

The National Museum of Australia (NMA), an Australian Government Agency tasked with revealing the stories of ordinary and extraordinary Australians, promoting the exploration of knowledge and ideas and providing a dynamic forum for discussion and reflection of Australian Culture and Heritage.

The National Capital Authority (NCA) manages the Australian Government's continuing interest in the planning, promotion, enhancement and maintenance of Canberra as the nation's capital, on behalf of all Australians.

Both organisations have a dependence on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) servcies to support their operations.

Having considered their current and future strategic ICT requirement, the two agencies have decided to form an alliance to engage a single provider to cater for their combined ICT operations support services into the future.

The ICT Operations Support Services will cover service desk management, support of the desktop environment, server and system management, and support for the LAN/WAN environment for 300 - 400 users all located within the Australian Capital Territory.
