Description
The Urban Renewal Authority (Renewal SA) is the owner of various land parcels in Adelaide’s northern suburbs which it intends to develop over time to support general industry in that area. Following the development of Edinburgh Parks Industrial Estate (south of Edinburgh Road/Purling Avenue), approximately 47.6 hectares of land east of West Avenue (in the north of the broader Edinburgh Parks estate) has been identified as the location for Renewal SA’s next release of development-ready industrial allotments.
Renewal SA is seeking the services of an experienced civil engineer to provide civil engineering design, cost estimation, tendering, project coordination and contract administration services for the subdivision and associated services infrastructure.
