Description
Super SA requires specialist superannuation industry advisory services to achieve its three year strategy to future proof the fund and to meet the changing superannuation landscape.
Key advisory services include:
- Provide advice and recommendation reports on key strategic initiatives, including Fund Selection, technology and engagement strategy, product strategy, people and culture, fund sustainability and growth and mergers and acquisitions.
- Contribute to business cases with benchmarking Super SA against industry best practice, regulatory environment, financial modelling, member insights
- Facilitate workshops, staff and member engagement research, and Super SA Board and Executive workshops.
Super SA intends to appoint a single supplier who is able to provide a wide range of services and is able to provide advice on a diverse range of projects, as well as addressing ad hoc issues that arise requiring a fast response.
