Description
The Department is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Audio Visual (AV) support and maintenance agreement for meeting rooms located at 83 Pirie Street. Over the course of the contract, support may be expanded to other Department sites. The agreement must ensure ongoing operations and include Crestron licensing for the Crestron Portal, as well as considerations for hardware replacement of faulty equipment.
