The Economic Regulation Authority (Customer) is seeking the Services of a suitably qualified Contractor for the provision of technical advice on capital and operating expenditure evaluations and other matters, to assist the Customer in its assessment of proposed revisions to the access arrangement for the Mid-West and South-West Gas Distribution System (GDS).
