Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Upgrade Lifts at Central Law Courts.
The Work includes but is not limited to upgrade and new design, documentation, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and 12 months defects liability period comprehensive maintenance of the eight (8) passenger lifts within the Central Law Courts.
Due to the live site, only 1 lift can be completed at a time. Project scheduling is critical to complete all works at the earliest opportunity.
